Ingrid is admitted to practice in the states of California and New York. She completed her JD and a Masters degree in France where she graduated first in class. She went on to obtain an L.L.M. in U.S. Legal Studies and an L.L.M. in Taxation (with honors) from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Ingrid and her husband are raising their two children between the Bay Area and France. Their two dogs Coco (a boxer) and Perle (a French bulldog) follow them everywhere they go. Ingrid likes to take long walks with her dogs while her husband and kids enjoy surfing.
